Registrations are project based – and are valid for 90 days. It is the responsibly of the partner who has an approved deal to ensure that the end user customer will buy through them. Omnivex cannot mandate end user’s purchasing decisions. Omnivex reserves the right to cancel an approved registration for any business reason prior to the date of expiration. In addition, it is the responsibility of the partner to manage the expiration of the deal registration and request extensions when necessary. Extensions will be reviewed and approved on a case by case basis.
